Tips:

  • For the best results, use high-quality ingredients. Fresh cheese curds, crispy french fries, and a flavorful gravy are essential.
  • If you can't find cheese curds, you can substitute mozzarella cheese. However, cheese curds will give you a more authentic poutine pizza experience.
  • Make sure the french fries are crispy before adding them to the pizza. Soggy fries will make the pizza soggy.
  • Don't be afraid to experiment with different toppings. Some popular variations include bacon, pulled pork, and mushrooms.
  • Poutine pizza is best served hot and fresh. However, it can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Conclusion:

Poutine pizza is a delicious and unique dish that is perfect for any occasion. It is easy to make and can be customized to your own taste. So next time you're looking for a new and exciting pizza recipe, give poutine pizza a try!
