1/2 pound smoked kielbasa, diced
6 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 cups frozen corn
1-1/2 cups chicken broth
1 celery rib, sliced
1/4 cup sliced carrot
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1-1/2 cups whole milk
2/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon minced fresh parsley

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan, brown sausage; drain. Set sausage aside. In the same pan, combine the potatoes, corn, broth, celery, carrot and seasonings. 1 pound bulk mild Italian sausage
1 pound kielbasa smoked sausage, cut lengthwise and sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
4 cups diced potatoes, or more to taste
4 cups water
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 stalk celery, diced, or more to taste
2 cubes chicken bouillon
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
⅓ teaspoon crushed red pepper, or more to taste

Steps:

  • Heat a large pot over medium-high heat. Cook and stir Italian and kielbasa sausages in the hot skillet until browned, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain grease.

2 tablespoons butter
3 potatoes, peeled and diced
2 stalks celery, chopped
3 carrots, chopped
1/2 cup diced onion
14 ounces corn with juice
1 cup water
14 ounces evaporated milk
1 tablespoon fresh dill or 1 teaspoon dried dill
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat being careful not to burn it.
  • Add potatoes, celery, carrots and onions and saute until softened.
