Tips:
- Choose the right potatoes: Waxy potatoes, such as red potatoes or new potatoes, hold their shape better when cooked and are less likely to fall apart in the salad.
- Cook the potatoes and corn properly: Potatoes should be cooked until they are tender but still have a little bite to them. Corn should be cooked until it is tender and slightly charred.
- Use fresh, high-quality ingredients: Fresh vegetables, herbs, and spices will give your salad the best flavor.
- Don't overdress the salad: A light dressing is all you need to bring out the flavors of the vegetables.
- Let the salad chill before serving: This will allow the flavors to meld and the salad to become more refreshing.
