Extra virgin olive oil
3 gold potatoes, (about 12 ounces, peeled and cut into ½-inch cubes)

1 to 2 garlic cloves, (minced)
Kosher salt
1 teaspoon coriander
1 teaspoon Aleppo pepper

  • Use fresh, high-quality ingredients. This will make a big difference in the flavor and texture of your omelet.
  • Don't overcook the eggs. Overcooked eggs will be tough and rubbery. Cook them until they are just set, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Use a non-stick skillet. This will help prevent the omelet from sticking and tearing.
  • Be careful when flipping the omelet. Use a spatula to gently lift the edges of the omelet and then flip it over in one quick motion.
  • Don't overcrowd the omelet. If you are making a large omelet, cook it in batches.
  • Season the omelet to taste. Salt and pepper are a good starting point, but you can also add other seasonings like garlic powder, onion powder, or paprika.
  • Serve the omelet immediately. Omelets are best enjoyed hot and fresh.
