Tips

- Use fresh, high-quality ingredients for the best flavor. If you can find them, use organic or locally sourced produce. - Season your food generously with salt and pepper. This will help to bring out the natural flavors of the ingredients. - Don't overcrowd the pan when searing the beef. This will prevent the meat from cooking evenly. - Cook the beef until it is browned on all sides, but still slightly pink in the center. This will ensure that the meat is tender and juicy. - Use a non-stick pan or well-seasoned cast iron skillet to prevent the food from sticking. - Add the vegetables to the pan and cook until they are softened and slightly browned. - Pour in the salsa, broth, and seasonings and bring to a simmer. - Stir in the cooked rice and beans until well combined. - Top with cheese and guacamole and serve immediately.
