Tips:

- Make sure to season the pork loin liberally with salt and pepper before cooking. This will help to enhance the flavor of the meat.
- If you are using a boneless pork loin, you can butterfly it to make it easier to roll up.
- To ensure that the pork loin is cooked evenly, use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature. The pork loin should be cooked to an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Let the pork loin rest for at least 15 minutes before slicing and serving. This will allow the juices to redistribute throughout the meat, resulting in a more tender and flavorful roast.
