1 1/2 cups chopped onion
1 cup chopped red bell pepper
1 cup shredded carrots
1 1/2 lbs. pork tenderloin, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1/2 tbsp. paprika
1/2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
