Tips:
- Choose a tender, high-quality pork tenderloin. Look for a tenderloin that is firm to the touch and has a pinkish-red color. Avoid tenderloins that are slimy or have a grayish tint.
- Trim the pork tenderloin of any excess fat. This will help the tenderloin cook evenly and prevent it from becoming dry.
- Marinate the pork tenderloin in the East-West barbecue sauce for at least 30 minutes. This will help the tenderloin absorb the flavors of the sauce and make it more flavorful.
- Cook the pork tenderloin over medium-high heat. This will help to sear the outside of the tenderloin and keep it juicy on the inside.
- Cook the pork tenderloin until it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit. This will ensure that the tenderloin is cooked through but still tender and juicy.
- Let the pork tenderloin rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving. This will allow the juices to redistribute throughout the tenderloin, making it even more tender and flavorful.
Conclusion:
Pork tenderloin with East-West barbecue sauce is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for any occasion. The tenderloin is cooked to perfection and the East-West barbecue sauce is the perfect complement to the pork. This dish is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
