⅓ cup ketchup
⅓ cup seasoned rice vinegar
1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained with juice reserved
2 tablespoons brown sugar
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons hot chili sauce (such as Sriracha®)
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 pinch red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon butter

Tips:

  • For a juicy and tender pork tenderloin, always use a meat thermometer to ensure it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  • To achieve a crispy and flavorful crust on your pork tenderloin, sear it in a hot skillet before roasting it in the oven.
  • Don't overcrowd the skillet when searing the pork tenderloin. This will prevent it from cooking evenly.
  • Use a flavorful marinade or rub to enhance the taste of your pork tenderloin.
  • Let the pork tenderloin rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving. This will help the juices redistribute throughout the meat.
