Tips:

  • For the best results, use a pork roast that is at least 3 pounds. A larger roast will take longer to cook, but it will be more tender and flavorful.
  • Sear the pork roast in a hot skillet before roasting it. This will help to brown the meat and seal in the juices.
  • Roast the pork roast in a preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour and 15 minutes per pound. Use a meat thermometer to ensure that the internal temperature of the roast reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Let the pork roast rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving. This will allow the juices to redistribute throughout the meat.
  • Serve the pork roast with your favorite sides, such as mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a salad.

Conclusion:

Pork roast with beans is a classic comfort food dish that is easy to make and always a hit with the family. This recipe is a great way to use up leftover beans, and it can also be made with canned beans if you are short on time.
