Time 15m

Yield 1 portion, 1 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 8

150 g pork chops
2 tablespoons olive oil
5 g salt
3 g pepper (black, grounded)
2 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon flour
1/4 cup water
3 g fresh parsley leaves (finely minced)

Steps:

  • Hit the pork chop with a bat to make it thinner. Season it with salt and pepper. Pour over pork chop olive oil and add sliced garlic. Leave it in refrigerator at least 45 minutes.
  • Heat the frying pan (preferably Teflon one) and then put pork chop inches Fry until one side is done, than turn to the other side.
  • When done remove pork chop to a plate and add into pan garlic, some olive oil and flour. Fry for 30 seconds and add some water and parsley leaves. When you get creamy sauce it is done.
  • Pour sauce over pork chops and serve. The sauce must not be too thick, so experience will tell you exactly the proper measures.

Tips:

  • Choose high-quality pork chops for the best flavor. Look for chops that are at least 1 inch thick and have good marbling.
  • Season the pork chops generously with salt and pepper before cooking. This will help to enhance their flavor.
  • Cook the pork chops over medium heat until they are cooked through. This will help to prevent them from becoming dry or tough.
  • Use a meat thermometer to ensure that the pork chops are cooked to your desired doneness. Pork chops are safe to eat when they reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving. This will allow the juices to redistribute throughout the meat, resulting in a more tender and flavorful chop.

Conclusion:

Pork chops are a versatile and delicious cut of meat that can be cooked in a variety of ways. The simple garlic sauce in this recipe is a great way to enhance the flavor of the pork chops without overpowering it. These pork chops are sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
