1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 small onion, sliced and separated into rings
1 tablespoon canola oil
1/4 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
1 envelope pork gravy mix
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 cup water

Steps:

  • Sprinkle pork chops with pepper and salt. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook chops with onion in oil for 2-3 minutes on each side or until lightly browned., Add broth. Bring to a boil. ½ cup self-rising flour
¼ cup vegetable oil
1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms, or more to taste
1 teaspoon water, or as needed

1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons canola oil
2 medium onions, thinly sliced

Steps:
