8 pork chops
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
⅔ cup milk
½ cup sour cream

garlic salt and black pepper for seasoning
1/4 c canola oil
3 medium potatoes, russets, scrubbed and sliced into 1/4-inch slices
1 medium onion, sliced into 1/4-inch slices

1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
1 jar(s) 10 oz. sliced mushrooms, drained
1 can(s) french cut green beans
6-8 boneless pork chops

  • 1. In saucepan on stove, follow directions on the box of scalloped potatoes. Add soup, mushrooms and green beans. Heat until warm and blended.( You may add up to 1/2 cup more milk to thin out the soup)
