2 large sweet potatoes
2 slices onion
2 apples - peeled, cored and sliced

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  • Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes, or until the potato is soft when pricked with a fork. (Note: Do not open packages while baking as this will allow the steam to escape and will dry out the pork chops. Also, be careful when opening as the steam can burn.)

Tips:

  • Use thick pork chops for best results. Thin chops will dry out quickly.
  • Brine the pork chops for at least 30 minutes before cooking. This will help to tenderize the meat and keep it moist.
  • Season the pork chops generously with salt and pepper. You can also add other spices, such as garlic powder, onion powder, or paprika.
  • Cook the pork chops over medium-high heat until they are browned on both sides. Then, reduce the heat to medium-low and cook for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through.
  • Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving. This will help to keep the juices in the meat.

Conclusion:

Pork chop packs are a delicious and easy way to cook pork chops. They are perfect for busy weeknights or for feeding a crowd. With a few simple ingredients and a little bit of time, you can create a meal that your family and friends will love. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy pork chop recipe, give pork chop packs a try. You won't be disappointed!
