Tips and Conclusion

- Choose ground pork with a good fat content, around 20%, for juicier burgers.
- Season the pork patties generously with your favorite seasonings. A classic combination is salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Don't overwork the pork mixture; otherwise, the burgers will become tough.
- Form the patties gently and loosely, creating a well in the center to prevent them from shrinking too much during cooking.
- Cook the burgers over medium heat to ensure even cooking and prevent burning.
- Use a variety of peppers for a colorful and flavorful burger. Bell peppers, poblano peppers, and jalapeños are all great options.
- Sauté the peppers until they are tender but still have a bit of a bite.
- Top the burgers with your favorite toppings, such as cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion.
