1 pound pork tenderloin, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 package (16 ounces) frozen broccoli, carrots and water chestnuts
1 cup frozen peas

Steps:

  • Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Meanwhile, combine the cornstarch, broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger and salt in a small bowl until smooth. 2 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1 pound ground pork
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tablespoon fresh ginger (peeled and minced)
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 cup noodle water (reserved)
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons honey
8 ounces coleslaw mix (can sub thinly sliced cabbage or other veggies of choice)
handful roasted peanuts (chopped)
handful green onions (chopped)

Steps:

1/3 cup Progresso™ chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons finely chopped gingerroot
2 to 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped

1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
