- 1. Preheat oven to 350 Brown beef and onions, drain excess grease and layer on the bottom of a heavy duty dutch oven (with lid)
- 2. Spread undiluted tomato soup over top beef and onion
- 3. layer peeled, cut carrots over top of tomato soup
- 4. Add bite sized cut, peeled, potatoes over top of carrots

Reduce heat and simmer until liquid cooks down into a sauce that just coats the back of a spoon, 20 to 30 minutes. Add drained beans during the last 5 minutes. Taste and add more salt or pepper as desired.
- Stir well and ladle into bowls.
