Adobo seasoning and Sazon can be found in the ethnic section of your grocer. If not, see recipe #451457 and there are many good Adobo recipes on food.com. I would imagine this being delicious on pork chops, too. These are 4 weight watcher points. Recipe from Skinny Taste blog. Note: 1. The packaged Sazon and Adobo contains salt. Should you make your own blends, remember to season with salt to taste. 2. If using packaged Sazon, any flavor will do, even the tomato blend.

6 medium chicken thighs, bone-in and skin on (can sub wings, breast, etc.)
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon sazon seasoning (1 packet)
1 tablespoon adobo seasoning (or to taste)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon oregano

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, stir together the vinegar and soy sauce. Rub over chicken and turn to coat.
  • In another small bowl, mix together the sazon, adobo, garlic powder and oregano. Season thighs with the mixture; let chicken marinade at least 20 minutes or overnight.

1 tbsp vinegar

1 pkt preferably Badia brand with no MSG sazon
1 tsp adobo
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp dried oregano

1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce

1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
