Tips:
- To achieve a crispy and flavorful skin, pat the chicken dry with paper towels before seasoning and cooking. This will help the skin crisp up and prevent it from steaming.
- Use a combination of butter and olive oil to cook the chicken. The butter will add flavor and richness, while the olive oil will help prevent the chicken from sticking to the pan.
- Season the chicken generously with salt and pepper. This will help enhance the flavor of the chicken.
- Cook the chicken over medium heat until it is cooked through. This will prevent the chicken from drying out.
- Serve the chicken with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or rice.
