2 can(s) sauerkraut
1 small onion, chopped

  • Soak the sauerkraut in a bowl of warm water. Cover the potatoes with water in a small saucepan and simmer over medium heat until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and keep warm.

1 tbsp butter
1 medium yellow onion, (sliced)
2 bell peppers, (sliced (any color))
2 tsp garlic, (minced)
2 cups sauerkraut, (undrained)
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the olive oil and sliced kielbasa.
  • Saute the kielbasa pieces for 7-8 minutes until browned and cooked through. Flip pieces over about halfway through to brown both sides. Remove the kielbasa from the pan and set it aside.

1 apple, diced
