Time 40m

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 box Ritz crackers
1 jar(s) peanut butter
1 jar(s) marshmallow cream
1 pkg chocolate bark

Steps:

  • 1. Spread peanut butter on one Ritz crackers.
  • 2. Then add marshmallow cream to another cracker.
  • 3. Sandwich both together.
  • 4. Place cookies on waxed paper and allow to harden. (I find that if you put the paper or Silpat on a cookie sheet and place it in the freezer for 5 minutes, the cookies harden up faster!).
  • 5. Melt chocolate bark (I like Ghirardelli the best) in a microwave or double boiler.
  • 6. Dip sandwiched cookies into chocolate, covering both sides. After they harden, store in an airtight container.
  • 7. Enjoy!

Tips:

  • Use dark chocolate: Dark chocolate is rich in antioxidants and has been shown to relieve PMS symptoms such as mood swings, cramps, and bloating.
  • Add nuts and seeds: Nuts and seeds are a good source of healthy fats, protein, and fiber, all of which can help to reduce PMS symptoms.
  • Use natural sweeteners: Natural sweeteners like honey or maple syrup are a healthier alternative to refined sugar, which can worsen PMS symptoms.
  • Make sure your cookies are well-baked: Underbaked cookies can be difficult to digest and can worsen PMS symptoms.
  • Enjoy your cookies in moderation: Cookies are a treat, so it's important to enjoy them in moderation. Eating too many cookies can lead to weight gain and other health problems.

Conclusion:

These PMS cookies are a delicious and healthy way to relieve PMS symptoms. They are made with dark chocolate, nuts, and seeds, all of which are known to have PMS-relieving properties. The cookies are also sweetened with natural sweeteners, which are a healthier alternative to refined sugar. If you are looking for a way to relieve your PMS symptoms, give these cookies a try.
