Several dashes bottled hot pepper sauce
1 cup milk
¼ cup butter, melted
1 tablespoon cooking oil
2 eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese (2 cups)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
