From RecipeSource by Syd Bigger. My one concern was getting the cookie out of the pan intact and was groundless. Since I only wanted one I divided the recipe in half successfully. Watch the baking time closely.

Tips:
- For a crispier cookie, chill the dough for at least 30 minutes before baking.
- If you don't have a pizza pan, you can use a regular baking sheet. Just make sure to grease it well so the cookies don't stick.
- Be careful not to overbake the cookies. They should be golden brown around the edges, but still soft in the center.
- Let the cookies cool completely before frosting or decorating them.
- To make ahead, bake the cookies according to the recipe and let them cool completely. Then, store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or freeze them for up to 2 months.
Conclusion:
Pizza pan cookies are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. They're perfect for parties, potlucks, or simply as a snack. With a variety of toppings to choose from, there's a pizza pan cookie for everyone. So next time you're in the mood for something sweet, give this recipe a try. You won't be disappointed!
