PIZZA MEATBALLS
I was looking for something a bit different to serve as an appetizer at a get-together with friends and came up with these pizza meatballs. Everyone loved them, and all the cooks (men and women) wanted the recipe. This is good for an appetizer or to make a complete meal served with garlic bread and a tossed salad.

In a large bowl add ground beef, onion powder, egg, panko crumbs, garlic, Worcestershire, salt, pepper, couple dashes of Italian seasoning. Mix thoroughly. Shape into 1-inch balls. Push in to the mixture a cube of cheese. Reshape the meatball. Place on lined baking sheet. Do this until all of the meatballs have been formed. PIZZA MEATBALLS
A very easy recipe from "Taste of Home". Each meatball is stuffed with a cube of mozarella cheese. Kids love these! I usually brown them the day before I serve them and put on low in the crockpot for several hours with the pizza sauce.

Tips:
- Choose high-quality ingredients: Use fresh, flavorful ingredients for the best results. This includes using high-quality ground beef, fresh herbs, and a flavorful tomato sauce.
- Season the meatballs well: Don't be afraid to season the meatballs generously. A good combination of salt, pepper, garlic, and Italian seasoning will give them plenty of flavor.
- Brown the meatballs thoroughly: Browning the meatballs before adding them to the sauce will help to lock in their flavor and prevent them from becoming dry.
- Use a flavorful tomato sauce: The tomato sauce is an important part of this dish, so make sure to use one that you enjoy. You can use a store-bought sauce or make your own.
- Simmer the meatballs in the sauce for at least 30 minutes: This will allow the meatballs to absorb the flavors of the sauce and become even more tender.
- Serve the meatballs over your favorite pasta: This dish is traditionally served over spaghetti, but you can use any type of pasta that you like.
Conclusion:
These pizza meatballs are a delicious and easy-to-make meal that is perfect for a busy weeknight. They are also a great way to use up leftover pizza dough. With a few simple ingredients and a little bit of time, you can create a dish that the whole family will love.
