3/4 cup grated sharp Cheddar
3/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Zest of 1/2 lemon, finely grated

1/2 cup roasted salted pistachios, finely chopped
Crackers or sliced bread, for serving

2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
2 cups pomegranate juice
1/4 cup hot honey or (1/4 cup honey plus 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes)
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/4 cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
Crackers, for serving
