Time 1h

Number Of Ingredients 14

2 lb ground beef
1 c crushed corn flakes
1/3 c parsley flakes
2 large eggs
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1/3 c ketchup
2 tsp instand minced onions
MEATBALL SAUCE
1 can(s) jellied cranberry sauce
1 bottle heintz chili sauce
2 Tbsp brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tsp lemon juice

Steps:

  • 1. Hand mix meatballs and roll in cracker crumbs.
  • 2. Mix together sauce ingredients and top meatballs.
  • 3. bake at 350 degrees

Tips:

  • Choose the right type of meatball. For this recipe, smaller meatballs are better, as they will cook more evenly. You can use any type of ground meat, but beef, pork, or a combination of both is a good choice.
  • Make sure the meatballs are well-seasoned. The sauce is flavorful, but the meatballs themselves should also be well-seasoned. Use a variety of herbs and spices, such as garlic, onion, parsley, oregano, and basil.
  • Cook the meatballs until they are browned on all sides. This will help to seal in the juices and prevent them from becoming dry.
  • Use a good-quality sauce. The sauce is the star of this dish, so make sure you use a good-quality store-bought or homemade sauce.
  • Serve the meatballs over pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes. This will help to soak up the delicious sauce.

Conclusion:

Piquant Cocktail Meatballs are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or main course. They are perfect for parties or potlucks, and they can be made ahead of time. With a few simple ingredients and a little bit of time, you can create a dish that everyone will love.
