1/2 c. Butter, Softened
1 c. Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
1/2 c. White Sugar
2 whole Eggs
2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
2 1/4 c. Plus 2 Tablespoons, All-purpose Flour
1 tsp. (heaping) Instant Coffee Granules
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
2 tbsp. Flax Seed, Slightly Crushed With Rolling Pin
3/4 c. Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 c. (heaping) Milk Chocolate Chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.In a bowl, stir together butter, margarine, brown sugar, and white sugar until combined. Add eggs and vanilla and stir together.In a separate bowl, stir together flour, instant coffee, baking soda, and salt. Add to wet ingredients in batches, stirring gently after each addition. 1 cup (2 sticks) salted butter, softened, plus more for greasing the baking sheets
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups old-fashioned (rolled) oats
1 cup Granola, recipe follows
1/2 cup chopped dried apricots
1/2 cup chocolate chips
6 cups old-fashioned (rolled) oats
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 tablespoons salted butter, melted, plus more for greasing the baking sheet
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons molasses
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
1/2 cup shelled sunflower seeds
1/4 cup roughly chopped almonds

2 whole eggs

1/2 cup (rounded) malted milk powder
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/4 teaspoon salt
One 12-ounce bag milk chocolate chips

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

4 cups crushed potato chips (8 ounces), such as Lay's

2 heaping teaspoons instant coffee granules
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
8 ounces good semisweet chocolate, chopped into chunks, plus additional chunks for topping, optional
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans, optional

  • Add 1 stick of the butter to a medium skillet over medium heat. Allow it to melt and bubble up for 3 to 4 minutes, swirling the skillet to keep the butter moving around.
