12 ounces frozen pink lemonade concentrate
1 (16 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (14 ounce) can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip
36 Ritz crackers, one sleeve
4 tablespoons butter

Steps:

  • Mix 1 sleeve Ritz crackers with 4 tbs. melted butter.
  • Spread this in 9x13 dish.
  • Make sure the cool whip is thawed. Stir so that it is creamy, not lumpy. Mix the cool whip and all other ingredients together really good.
  • Pour mixture on top of crackers.

1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup melted butter or 1/2 cup margarine
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
8 ounces whipped cream
1 (6 ounce) can frozen pink lemonade concentrate
3 -5 drops red food coloring

Steps:

  • Combine the cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter in a 9x13 inch dish.
