Tips:

  • Slice the steak thinly against the grain: This will help the steak cook quickly and evenly.
  • Use a hot skillet or wok: This will help sear the steak and prevent it from sticking.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan: If you have too much steak in the pan, it will not cook evenly.
  • Cook the steak in batches if necessary: If you have a lot of steak to cook, cook it in batches to avoid overcrowding the pan.
  • Stir-fry the vegetables until they are crisp-tender: You don't want them to be mushy.
  • Add the sauce to the pan and stir to coat the steak and vegetables: Bring to a simmer and cook for a few minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
  • Serve immediately over rice or noodles: Garnish with fresh cilantro or green onions.

Conclusion:

Pineapple steak stir-fry is a quick and easy weeknight meal that is packed with flavor. The steak is tender and juicy, the vegetables are crisp-tender, and the sauce is sweet and tangy. This dish is sure to please the whole family.
