PINEAPPLE CREAM SQUARES (NO BAKE)
I have had this recipe for years, it is still requested by my family to make, and still a favorite. No baking makes this a perfect dessert for hot summer days. I most always top it with Cool Whip topping, but that is optional. Make certain to chill this for a minimum of 3 hours (more time is even better) I most always prepare this in the morning to serve later in the day. I always prepare two (8-inch) pans of this dessert as one pan goes way too fast LOL! This is the most delicious dessert!

Tips for Making the Best Pineapple Squares with Cream Cheese:
- Use fresh pineapple. Fresh pineapple has a brighter flavor and more juice than canned pineapple.
- Drain the pineapple well. If you don't drain the pineapple well, the squares will be too wet and soggy.
- Use a sharp knife to cut the pineapple. A sharp knife will help you get clean, even slices of pineapple.
- Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing the batter will make the squares tough.
- Bake the squares until they are just set. Overbaking will make the squares dry and crumbly.
- Let the squares cool completely before frosting them. This will help the frosting to set properly.
Conclusion:
Pineapple squares with cream cheese are a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that is perfect for any occasion. They are made with a simple batter that is topped with a layer of pineapple and a layer of cream cheese frosting. The squares are then baked until they are just set and then cooled completely before being cut into squares and served. Pineapple squares with cream cheese are a great way to use up leftover pineapple and they are also a fun and festive dessert to serve at parties and gatherings.
