3 cups water
1 bunch mint leaves (reserve some for garnish)
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
1/2 cup white rum

Pour this liquid into a 9 by 13-inch metal cake pan and put it into the freezer. Scrape the mixture every hour with a fork to break up the ice crystals. PINEAPPLE MOJITO

Pineapple Mojito image

I love pineapple and I love mojito. So combining the two was a winner. When fresh pineapples are available, I like to add a tablespoon of chopped pieces to my mojito and muddle them with the mint leaves.

Tips:

  • Use fresh pineapple. Fresh pineapple has a brighter flavor than canned pineapple, and it will make your granita more refreshing.
  • Use a good quality rum. A good quality rum will give your granita a more complex flavor. Look for a rum that is at least 80 proof.
  • Don't over-blend the granita. Over-blending will make the granita too slushy. You want it to have a slightly icy texture.
  • Serve the granita immediately. Granita is best served immediately after it is made. If you let it sit for too long, it will start to melt and lose its slushy texture.

Conclusion:

Pineapple mojito granita is a refreshing and delicious summer treat. It is easy to make and can be enjoyed by people of all ages. Whether you are looking for a party drink or a way to cool off on a hot day, pineapple mojito granita is the perfect choice.
