- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut bacon into two pieces each. Put half of the bacon in the bottom of baking pan.
- 2. Mix meatloaf mixture together and put on top of bacon in pan. Put remaining bacon on top of meatloaf. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- 3. Bake for 1 hour.
- 4. *** Make gravy from juices in pan along with a little water and cornstarch, cooking over med-high heat until thickened. Add A little garlic pepper if needed. *** Serve with mashed potatoes and a salad.
