Number Of Ingredients 11

2 cups uncooked wide egg noodles
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 tablespoons butter, divided
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, cubed
3/4 cup whole milk
2 cups cubed fully cooked ham
2 cans (8 ounces each) crushed pineapple, drained
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. In a large skillet, saute celery in 1 tablespoon butter until tender. Stir in cream cheese and milk; cook and stir until cheese is melted. Add the noodles, ham, pineapple, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper., Transfer to an ungreased 1-1/2-qt. baking dish. Melt remaining butter; toss with bread crumbs. Sprinkle over the top. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until heated through.

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
3 cups cooked rice
2 cups cubed fully cooked ham
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 1/2 cups shredded swiss cheese, divided
1/3 cup chopped onion

Steps:

  • 1. Drain pineapple, reserving 1/2 cup juice; set aside. In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, salt, pepper, mustard, and reserved pineapple juice; mix well. Fold in rice, ham, green pepper, 1 cup cheese, onion and pineapple.
  • 2. Transfer to a greased 2-quart baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes or until heated through and the cheese is melted.

1 c sugar
6 Tbsp flour
2 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese (ok to use colby)
2 (20-ounce) cans pineapple chunks, drained, and 6 tablespoons pineapple juice reserved
1 c cracker crumbs (we like to use ritz)
1 stick butter, melted, plus extra for greasing pan

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a medium-size casserole dish with butter. In a large bowl, stir together the sugar and flour. Gradually stir in the cheese. Add the drained pineapple chunks, and stir until ingredients are well combined. Pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish.
  • 2. In a smaller bowl, combine cracker crumbs, melted butter, and reserved pineapple juice, stirring until evenly blended. Spread crumb mixture on top of pineapple mixture. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
