2 cups milk
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup biscuit/baking mix
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 eggs
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Yellow food coloring, optional
2 cans (8 ounces each) crushed pineapple, well drained
Whipped topping, optional

Steps:

  • In a blender, combine the milk, sugar, biscuit mix, butter, eggs, vanilla and food coloring if desired; cover and process until smooth. I made 2 of these at my in-laws for dessert after lunch. My mother-in-law requested that I make 3 more for after dinner. Then she asked me for the recipe.

Number Of Ingredients 9

1/4 c butter
1/2 20 oz can(s) crushed pineapples, drained
1 c pineapple juice, from draining the can
1 c milk
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp vanilla
4 eggs
3/4 c sugar
1/2 c flour

Steps:

  • 1. ***If your pineapple juice doesn't equal 1 cup then make up the difference by adding milk.
  • 2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter deep dish pie pan.
  • 3. Throw everything into a blender and blend for 45 seconds on high. If you like coconut it is a perfect addition add half a cup before blending.
