Tips:
- Make sure to use fresh pineapple for the best flavor. You can also use canned pineapple, but be sure to drain it well before using.
- To make the cream cheese mixture, be sure to use softened cream cheese. This will make it easier to mix and will help to create a smooth filling.
- If you don't have a food processor, you can crush the pineapple by hand. Simply place the pineapple in a bowl and use a fork or potato masher to crush it until it is the desired consistency.
- Be sure to let the jello squares chill for at least 4 hours before serving. This will allow them to set properly and will help to prevent them from falling apart.
