1/2 cup sour cream
2/3 cup fresh pineapple, finely chopped

1 celery rib, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon spicy brown mustard
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 1/2 cups pecan halves
