1 (3 ounce) package lemon flavored Jell-O® mix
1 (3 ounce) package lime flavored Jell-O® mix
2 cups boiling water
2 cups water
1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple, with juice
1 (16 ounce) package small curd cottage cheese
3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup chopped pecans

Steps:

  • In a 9x13 inch dish, mix lemon flavored gelatin mix, lime flavored gelatin mix and boiling water. When the mixes are completely dissolved, pour in remaining water. Chill in the refrigerator 1 hour, or until the gelatin begins to set.
  • Stir in the crushed pineapple, cottage cheese, horseradish, mayonnaise and pecans. Continue to chill 3 hours, or until completely gelled.

I got this recipe from the Cooks.com website & tweaked it a little. It's the best one I've tried, and I didn't find one exactly like it here. I used sugar-free jello and 2 cups Cool Whip when I made it.

1 (3 ounce) box lime gelatin
1 1/4 cups boiling water
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 cup Cool Whip or 1 cup whipped cream
8 ounces crushed pineapple, well drained
1/4 cup chopped nuts

Steps:

  • Pour boiling water over gelatin; stir until dissolved. Put in refrigerator while following next steps.
  • Whip cream cheese and mayonnaise together with electric mixer until fluffy.
  • Add Cool Whip.
  • When gelatin begins to set, add pineapple and nuts.
  • Fold cream cheese mixture into gelatin.
  • Pour into a 9"x9" dish or pan.
  • Refrigerate and let completely congeal.

1 can(s) (15 1/4 ) can crushed pineapple(undrained)
1 pkg (6 oz) package orange jello
2 c buttermilk
1 c coconut
1 c chopped pecans
1 (12 oz.) carton whipped cream, thawed. (i use cool whip)
(optional) (a few cherries for decorations on top)

Steps:

  • 1. Place pineapple in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove form heat. Add gelatin, stirring until dissolved. Stir in buttermilk, coconut and pecans. Cool. Fold in topping. Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch dish. Chill until firm.
