1 can (21 ounces) blueberry pie filling

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

1 6 oz pkg of black cherry jello (i f can't find the large box, buy 2 of the small boxes)
1 15 oz can oregon blueberries in light syrup (undrained)
1 20 oz can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 8 oz cream cheese
1 8 oz sour cream
1/2 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c chopped walnuts or pecans ( optional )

Steps:

  • 1. In a 9x13 pan - dissolve Jello in 2 c boiling water. Add blueberries and pineapple - un drained (this replaces the cold water). Refrigerate until set - about 4 hours.
  • 2. Topping: Beat softened cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla in mixer until smooth. Spread over well set Jello. Sprinkle with chopped nuts (if using). Refrigerate until ready to serve.

1 (6 ounce) box raspberry Jell-O gelatin
1 1/4 cups hot water
1 (15 -20 ounce) can undrained crushed pineapple
1 (16 -21 ounce) can blueberry pie filling
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup sugar
8 ounces sour cream

  • Dissolve Jell-O in water.
  • Add pineapple and pie-filling, reserving 1/4 cup of pie-filling for garnish.
