Tips:
- Use a variety of apples for different flavors and textures. Granny Smith apples are tart and crisp, while Honeycrisp apples are sweet and juicy. Pink Lady apples are a good all-around choice.
- If you don't have any celery, you can substitute another crunchy vegetable, such as carrots or jicama.
- For a sweeter salad, add a tablespoon or two of honey or maple syrup to the dressing.
- If you're making the salad ahead of time, wait to add the pineapple and apples until just before serving. This will prevent them from browning.
- Serve the salad on a bed of lettuce or spinach, or in a lettuce wrap. You can also serve it as a sandwich on whole-wheat bread.

Pineapple apple chicken salad is a delicious and refreshing salad that is perfect for summer gatherings. It is also a healthy and easy-to-make meal that can be enjoyed for lunch or dinner. With its sweet and tangy flavor, pineapple apple chicken salad is sure to please everyone at your table.
