1/4 cup butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/4 cup lime juice
1 (4-serving size) package instant pistachio flavor pudding mix
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 cup (1/2 pt.) heavy cream, whipped

Steps:

  • HEAT oven to 350 degrees F. Combine cookie crumbs and butter. Press firmly into bottom of ungreased 9-inch springform pan or 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Cool.
  • BEAT cream cheese in large bowl until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk, lime juice and pudding mix until smooth. Stir in pineapple. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into prepared pan.

2 (3 1/2 ounce) packages instant pistachio pudding mix
2 (12 ounce) containers Cool Whip
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
2 cups chopped walnuts
1/2 cup maraschino cherry
