1 (32 fluid ounce) container vanilla yogurt (such as Dannon® Light and Fit®)
2 cups half-and-half
1 (15 ounce) can cream of coconut
2 (6 ounce) containers toasted coconut vanilla Greek yogurt (such as Dannon® Light and Fit®)
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon rum extract

Steps:

1 c fresh pineapple chopped
1/2 c unsweetened coconut flakes lightly toasted
2 Tbsp plus 1 teaspoon raw honey for drizzling

  • 1. In a bowl mix the yogurt, 2 tablespoons honey and set aside. In 2 glasses layer a little of the coconut flakes and some yogurt.
