6 slice bread, your choice
2 large eggs
1/2 c pina colada drink mix
ORANGE SYRUP
1/2 c granulated sugar
1/2 c water
2 Tbsp orange marmalade (heaping spoonfuls)
2 Tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate, undiluted (heaping spoonfuls)

Steps:

  • 1. In a small saucepan, heat sugar and water to boiling, stirring until dissolved. Stir in marmalade and juice. Continue to boil for 1-2 minutes then remove from heat. Place in a serving container.
  • 2. Heat skillet. Spray with nonstick or melt butter.
