- LIGHTLY FLOUR A FLAT COOKIE SHEET AND THE ROLLING PIN. PLACE THE BISCUITS IN 2 ROWS OF 5 IN MIDDLE OF COOKIE SHEET. ROLL OUT THE DOUGH AND CLOSE ANY SPACES BETWEEN THEM. KEEP FLOUR ON YOUR ROLLING PIN.
