3 cups frozen chopped broccoli
1/4 cup chopped onion
4 tablespoons butter, divided
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2-1/4 cups milk

1-1/2 cups seasoned stuffing cubes, divided

Steps:

  • Cook broccoli according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, saute onion in 3 tablespoons butter until tender. Stir in flour until blended; gradually add milk. 1/2 cup chicken broth
1 (16 oz) package frozen potato-cheese pierogi
1 small head broccoli, cut into small florets
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons chopped chives
1/2 teaspoon paprika
3/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Steps:

  • In a large broiler-proof skillet, heat the butter over medium-high heat. Add the onion and cook until softened, stirring occasionally. Add the ham and season to taste with salt and pepper. Cook until the onion starts to lightly brown, about 2 more minutes. Add the broth and cook until the onion softens, another 3 minutes.

1 package (16 oz) frozen potato and Cheddar pierogies
1 tablespoon water
1 cup cubed ham (6 oz)

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
