Tips:

  • Use fresh herbs: Fresh basil is essential for a flavorful pesto. If you don't have fresh basil, you can use dried basil, but the flavor will be less intense.
  • Toast the pine nuts: Toasting the pine nuts brings out their flavor and makes them more fragrant.
  • Use a food processor: A food processor makes it easy to grind the pine nuts, basil, and Parmesan cheese into a smooth paste.
  • Don't overmix the meatballs: Overmixing the meatballs will make them tough. Mix them just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Cook the meatballs thoroughly: Cook the meatballs until they are browned on all sides and cooked through. This will help to prevent foodborne illness.
  • Serve the meatballs with your favorite sauce: Pesto turkey meatballs can be served with a variety of sauces, such as marinara sauce, Alfredo sauce, or pesto sauce.

Conclusion:

Pesto turkey meatballs are a delicious and easy-to-make dish that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. They are perfect for a weeknight dinner or a casual party. Serve them with your favorite sauce and a side of pasta, rice, or vegetables.
