- Don't Overcook Your Ingredients: Overcooked ingredients can be tough and chewy. Cook them just until they are tender.
- Season Your Food: Don't be afraid to season your food. Salt and pepper are a good starting point, but you can also add other spices and herbs to taste.
- Don't Crowd the Pan: When cooking meat or vegetables, don't overcrowd the pan. This will prevent them from cooking evenly.
- Use a Thermometer: A meat thermometer is a great way to ensure that your meat is cooked to the proper temperature.
- Let Your Food Rest: After cooking meat, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving. This will help the juices redistribute throughout the meat, making it more tender and flavorful.
