STRAWBERRY OATMEAL
My family really enjoyed this oatmeal. When I made this recipe I made a few adjustments. I halved the recipe. I did used frozen strawberries which I cut in chunks. I used Splenda brown sugar substitute. When cooking my milk/water mix it seemed to curdle. I also took some advise of a reviewer and added the strawberries to the milk and water. This seemed to make the mix curdle alot worse. I added my sour cream directly to hot mixture. I got this recipe from Pinching Your Pennies.

Tips:
- For the best results, use ripe, juicy strawberries. Frozen strawberries can also be used if fresh strawberries are not available, but make sure to drain off any excess liquid before adding them to the batter.
- Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing can result in a tough, dense bread.
- Bake the bread in a preheated oven. This will help to ensure that the bread rises evenly.
- Let the bread cool completely before slicing and serving. This will help to prevent the bread from crumbling.
