1 (3 ounce) package pepperoni slices, cut into quarters
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup Italian-style salad dressing
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1 package (3-1/2 ounces) sliced pepperoni
1 can (2-1/4 ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup tomato juice
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3/4 cup salad croutons

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, green peppers, cheese, pepperoni, olives and onion.
