1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 garlic clove, minced

2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
20 slices pepperoni, halved
1/2 cup marinara sauce
Additional marinara sauce, warmed

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine first four ingredients; microwave, covered, on high for 30 seconds. 64 slices pepperoni
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
¼ cup olive oil
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped. for garnish

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350ºF (180ºC). Grease a 10-inch (25 cm) bundt pan with nonstick spray.
