Tips

  • Use a variety of cheeses: This will give your cheese balls a more complex flavor. A good combination is to use a hard cheese, such as Parmesan or cheddar, a soft cheese, such as mozzarella or cream cheese, and a flavorful cheese, such as blue cheese or goat cheese.
  • Add some spices and herbs: This will help to enhance the flavor of the cheese balls. Some good options include garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chili powder, and oregano.
  • Don't overmix the dough: Overmixing the dough will make the cheese balls tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Chill the dough before frying: This will help to keep the cheese balls from spreading out too much in the oil.
  • Fry the cheese balls in hot oil: This will help to create a crispy crust.
  • Serve the cheese balls warm with your favorite dipping sauce: Some good options include marinara sauce, ranch dressing, or blue cheese dressing.

Conclusion

Pepperoni n' Cheese Balls are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer that is perfect for any occasion. They are made with a simple dough that is filled with a mixture of cheeses, pepperoni, and spices. The cheese balls are then fried until golden brown and served with your favorite dipping sauce.
